Classic Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
60ml Applewood Gin
22ml Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Syrup
1 egg white
Add gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake. Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a glass and top with soda water. The egg white foam should form on top and you can garnish with a lemon twist.
The Applewood Pegu Club
Ingredients:
45ml Applewood Gin
15ml Orange Curacao
30ml Lime Juice
1 dash Aromatic Bitters (Angostura)
Add all of the above ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Give it a good shake and then double strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with either a lemon or lime peel (both can be found in your Gin Fizz fruit hamper) and give it a try. Best served with friends!
The Applewood Tom Collins
Ingredients:
45ml Applewood Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Unico Limoncello
This is a simple one. Pour all ingredients into a tall glass, top with plenty of ice and soda and garnish with a lemon twist!
The Applewood Last Word
Ingredients:
30ml Applewood Gin
20ml Green Chartreuse
20ml Luxardo
20ml Lime Juice
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake shake shake. Then double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange twist.
