All orders are final and Roses Only Group is unable to make changes or cancellations (including delivery address, dates, names, card messages, price, products or any other amendments.
To ensure next day delivery to most areas your order must be placed by 6pm the day before the intended delivery date.
Fees and charges will apply to all redeliveries and /or resends, if required or advised by RO staff.
Deliveries to some locations are restricted and additional delivery fees may apply. You will be notified about any additional fees either by our online Delivery Guide OR by our Call Centre staff, after your order is reviewed.
VALENTINES DAY DELIVERIES 13-14 FEBRUARY 2009:
Deliveries on the 13th Feb (Friday) will arrive to most business addresses by 5pm and to the most residential addresses by 7pm.
All deliveries on the 14th Feb (Saturday) will arrive by 8pm, for all business and residential addresses.
We are unable to offer timed deliveries for the 13th and 14th Feb 2009.
Estimated time of the delivery (ETA) will not be available for deliveries made on the 13th & 14th Feb 2009, not until 2 business days after the requested delivery date.
Redirection or resends will not be available for deliveries on the 13th and 14th Feb 2009.
Delivery confirmation details for orders ddlivered on the 13th and 14th Feb 2009 will not be available until 2 business days after the scheduled delivery date.

Discounts, Gift Certificates and Promotions Please note that no discounts, gift certificates or promotional codes can be redeemed in conjunction with Valentines Day gifts. Only the 5% Member discount will apply. You must log in to the website in order to receive the 5% Member discount. Please note that if you do not log in, we are unable to refund the difference.
Refunds The special requirements and concerns surrounding your order are unique. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on 1300 767 376 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the flowers you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. In-store refunds are only processed through our head office and will not be issued in-store. A gift certificate to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
Cancellations: Please be aware that once your order has been placed, there will be no changes or cancellations permitted under any circumstances. Therefore, it is important to make sure that you have double-checked ALL details on your orders including names, addresses, dates and card messages.
Timed Deliveries and redirections: Unfortunately, the demand upon our resources at this time is very high and we are unable to offer timed deliveries of any kind during the period. If there is any uncertainty as to the recipient's location or movements that day, we recommend that the flowers be sent to their residential address. Redirections of the deliveries will not be available on the 13th and 14th Feb 2009. All deliveries on Saturday 14th Feb will be fulfilled any time by 8pm the latest - Roses Only Group regrets but cannot offer business deliveries by 5pm on Saturday 14th Feb.
School Deliveries We cannot deliver to school addresses during Valentines Day period. Every school delivery will be treated as a business delivery and delivery will be fulfileld by 5pm the latest. We however recommend that the flowers be sent to the recipients residential address to ensure timely delivery. If you encounter any problems on our website placing order for school delivery please call our Call Centre on 1300 767 376 to place order over the phone.
Fraud Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Roses Only does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
