Roses Only branded boxed products are available in most suburbs in the following metro and town locations:
Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Newcastle, Surfers Paradise & Gold Coast, Noosa & Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Geraldton, Gladstone, Townsville, Lismore, Byron Bay, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Latrobe Valley, Bacchus Marsh, Nowra & Shoalhaven, Mittagong, Bowral, Southern Highlands, Gosford & Central Coast, Katoomba & Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Launceston, Mackay, Bundaberg, Bathurst & Orange, Cooma & parts of the Snowy Mountains, Wagga Wagga, Shepparton & Surrounds, Hervey Bay.
- All orders are final and RO are unable to make changes or cancellations, including delivery address, dates, names, card messages, price, products or any other amendments.
- To ensure next day delivery to most areas your order must be placed by 6pm the day before the intended delivery date (however conditions apply in regards to more remote locations which may be cut-off earlier during the day)
- Fees and charges will apply for redeliveries and /or resends, if required
- Deliveries to some locations are restricted and additional delivery fees will apply. You will be notified of this either by our online delivery guide OR by our Call Centre staff, after they review the order.
- During the Valentines Day deliveries period of 9-14 February 2009, for all orders placed within our Roses Only Delivery Network, we offer a free* delivery service to MOST business addresses by 5pm and MOST residential addresses by 8 pm.
- Regrettably we are unable to offer timed deliveries for the 13 & 14th Feb 2009.
- Deliveries on the 13th Feb 2009 will arrive to most business addresses by 5pm the latest and to most residential addresses by 7pm the latest.
- Deliveries on the 14th Feb 2009 will arrive any time by 8pm the latest to all residential addresses. Only residential deliveries will be conducted on Saturday 14th Feb.
- Estimated time of delivery (ETA) will not be available to be provided for deliveries on the 13th and 14th Feb 2009, not until 2 business days after (due to the specific couriers working schedule)
- Delivery confirmation details for orders delivered on the 13th and 14th Feb 2009 will not be available until 2 business days after the scheduled delivery.
Note: If there is any uncertainty as to the recipient's location or movements on Valentine’s Day, we strongly recommend that you consider delivering flowers to a residential address and advise the safest place for the package to be left. We apologise but will be unable to offer business deliveries by 5pm on Saturday 14 February 2009.
Please note: Roses Only Group will not be able to re-route or re-deliver for you on the 13th or 14th February 2009.
DELIVERIES TO OTHER AUSTRALIAN AREAS:
- For all Other Australian Areas not listed above, your order will be beautifully wrapped and delivered by one of our hand-picked affiliates within Australia. The flowers will be supplied by one of our many affiliated stores, so neither the packaging nor design will be by Roses Only. However, we do ensure the same degree of quality, presentation and value.
- During the Valentine's period, all Australia-wide deliveries are guaranteed same day delivery, however resources are limited. Submit your order early to ensure that your order can be fulfilled.

Please place your order for Other Australian Locations at least by midday Friday 13th February 2009, the latest, to ensure guaranteed arrival on the Saturday 14th February (however conditions will apply in regards to some remote locations in NT and QLD, which may be cut- off earlier).
Once a Valentine's Day order is accepted and submitted, we are unable to change any of the delivery, recipient, content or date information, so please make sure that all information is correct at the time of entry.
