STANDARD SAME DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY TO SATURDAY):
Within our Roses Only Delivery Network, we offer a standard delivery service to MOST business addresses by 5:00pm and MOST residential addresses by 7:00pm, in most major Australian metropolitan areas. Should a specific timed delivery outside standard parameters (e.g. by 2pm) be required, the order will be sent on a priority service and charged at the customers expense.If your timed delivery request has been made online, you will be advised about the charges immediately at the checkout (if you select timed delivery option on the ordering page). Roses Only representative may also contact you to notify of the additional charges required for your timed delivery request.
Charges for our Standard Delivery Service may apply depending on the delivery location. To determine delivery charges applicable for your area - on checkout: Step 1 - Enter your Delivery Suburb Step 2 - Enter your Delivery Date Step 3 - Click on the Update button
Your Delivery Charges will then be calculated and displayed in your order total.
- GENERALLY, your order must be placed before 10:00am on the desired day of delivery in order for it to be sent on our standard delivery service. NOTE: Conditions may apply for this as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location.
- It is often possible for Roses Only to still offer same day delivery for orders placed after 10:00am, especially if the destination is close to our nearest dispatch centre. Please be mindful that additional charges will apply for this, depending on the time of day your order is placed and/or depending on the distance to which you require this particular delivery.
WEEKEND DELIVERIES:
- Saturday Deliveries:
Although we will try our very best to deliver according to your time request on Saturday, we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day. All deliveries will be securely delivered up to 7:00pm. For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10am on Saturday.
- Saturday Deliveries for Brisbane:
Deliveries to Brisbane on Saturday are restricted due to limited courier services. Regrettably we cannot service all the delivery areas that we are able to offer on our weekday free* delivery service. Your order will incur an additional delivery surcharge depending on the distance from dispatch. All orders must be placed before 10am AEST to be completed on the same day. If your order requires a delivery surcharge, a Roses Only representative will contact you to notify you of any charges or restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
- Sunday Deliveries:
Deliveries on Sundays are not available, except during the Australian Mothers Day period. Roses Only apologises for any inconvenience.
SPECIAL EVENTS DELIVERIES (Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day, Valentines Day): General terms and conditions often change around major florist special events like Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day and Valentines Day.
Although we are delivering on Mother's Day Sunday 10 May 2009 for a delivery fee of $15, we highly recommend that you order your flowers for delivery on Friday and Saturday this Mother's Day. This way the flowers are guaranteed to be there before the Mothers Day breakfast or lunch.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERIES: Roses Only stores are generally closed on Public Holidays but some deliveries may be available. Please be advised that delivery restrictions within our Roses Only Delivery Network may vary between States on public holidays. A minimum surcharge of $19.50 may apply and specific timed deliveries may also be unavailable on these days. If you place an order for an area to which we are not servicing on a public holiday, a Roses Only representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
NATIONWIDE AREAS OUTSIDE ROSES ONLY DELIVERY NETWORK: Although we can promise the freshest quality of seasonal flowers and delivery through one of our national affiliates, we are unable to offer our signature Roses Only branding and ongoing monthly specials to areas located outside our Roses Only Delivery Network. We advise that delivery may take between up to 24 hours and weekend delivery conditions may vary. The recommended time frame to place any order for delivery is the day before you require delivery. To view our full product range for areas outside our delivery network, please visit the Other Australian Areas section of our website. While we aim to match the flowers presented on this site to your order, due to seasonal factors this is not always possible. Therefore, our pictures should be used as a guide only.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: International orders can be placed online and delivered worldwide. Flowers will be supplied by one of over 10,000 affiliated suppliers located throughout the world. Although we undertake to guarantee the freshest quality of seasonal flowers, we are unable to offer our signature Roses Only branding and ongoing monthly specials. Please be advised that international deliveries can take up to 48 hours.

NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY FEES: Should delivery restrictions or additional charges apply for your order placed online, you will be first notified at the checkout. You may also be contacted by Roses Only Sales Consultant (via the telephone or email).
