Just want to pass on that I always have no hassles when I order from your company. I can always count on that when I order flowers from you they will reach their destination and that they will be fresh and very presentable. I find this a big relief as it's always nerve racking because you hope the flowers will be of the high standard that you would expect if you were personally handing them to someone.

From the time I commenced my search on your website to calling the customer service person who took my order and confirmed it immediately, I appreciate the fact that I could call and speak to a real person and did not get the "you need to order over the web" comments this is refreshing.

Well I just want to say "Thank you" so very much for helping people express their love and thoughts in such a way and with such great quality/service!!

My gorgeous man sends me roses through Roses Only (lucky me!) they are always so beautiful and breathtaking. It gave me the idea to send roses to my amazing Nan, turning 94 during the week (she is hours away from where I am which makes it hard to let her know we are thinking of her). They will mean so very much to her! So again, thanks a bunch! Its BRILLIANT!

I received a call from the recipient of my order on Friday evening and she was absolutely thrilled to have received such a beautiful gift. She received a dozen pale pink roses and to use her words she said "they are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen"! Congratulations on a job well done - this is the first time I've used Roses Only and you will certainly receive my repeat business.  

She also told me that she had recently spent twice as much money for a delivery of flowers only to be totally disappointed with the result but that she wouldn't hesitate to use your service in the future given the quality and value for money. Keep up the good work.

The roses are always magnificent and all recipients have commented on the perfection of the blooms.  In fact, more than one recipient has mentioned that visitors who saw the roses thought they were too perfect to be real.  I didn't realise just how wonderful they were until I received some myself recently.  Absolute perfection! "I don't normally send feedback but on this occasion I had to. I have only just recently joined Roses Only and I am glad I did. The first purchase was for 1 doz red roses I ordered on the 3rd of August and paid extra to get them delivered before 10am. From me placing the order to them being delivered took less than 2 ½ hours which I found absolutely amazing. When my wife rang to thank me I thought to myself well speedy delivery so the quality will be ordinary but on seeing them myself when she brought them home they were the most spectacular roses I have ever seen and are still in a vase looking brilliant almost 3 weeks later. I have just placed another order and will continue to do so.
I am so glad I found you guys on the net and will not need t visit another flower site or florist again. I will be glad to recommend Roses Only to anyone and will do so when I can. Thanks again for great service and a fantastic product. Kind Regards"
